Burt buys a new android to help out at the shop while he’s in DC. It’s Kurt’s job to make sure the droid is charged each night and given commands. Sebastian’s bitter that serving humans is his only lot in life, and Kurt’s annoyed that he has to spend his summer with a back-talking hunk of metal. But Sebastian’s no ordinary android. He’s been coded for complex emotions, but without the proper guidance to help him learn to deal with them. Kurt’s never experienced true love before and thinks he may be defective.
